Degree in Music at Milligan College
Music at Milligan College provides students with opportunities to pursue music in a variety of degree programs or simply elect music courses to enrich their liberal arts education. Participating in music at Milligan also provides a Christian atmosphere that connects the arts with worship.
The Milligan music area offers a wide variety of experiences including choir, orchestra, strings (violin, viola, cello, bass), piano, organ, jazz, and much more.
The primary goal of music at Milligan is to produce well-trained musicians who enjoy music and music making while also viewing music as a way to enhance and improve the quality of life. The music curriculum seeks to produce life-long learners and lovers of music, as well as accomplished performers and avid music consumers.
