Music Degrees Online

The music curriculum at Monmouth University is designed to provide specific knowledge and skills in music and a basic education in the liberal arts. Students entering the Department of Music and Theatre Arts are required to present evidence of proficiency in their major area of performance.
The Music Industry concentration is designed to prepare students for careers in the music business in areas of specialization, such as music publishing, marketing, talent acquisition, concert production, media relations, and merchandising.

Music Department at Monmouth College. This energetic and expanding program provides excellent vocal and instrumental musical opportunities for all students, from the acclaimed, internationally touring Monmouth Chorale to the unique Monmouth Pipe Band. Talent-based scholarships are available for all students, regardless of major.
The Music Department offers a comprehensive music curriculum for majors in Music Education (K-12 and Secondary certification), Performance, and General Music in the Liberal Arts. Private lessons are available with our world-renowned performing faculty members, for both majors and non-majors alike.
